Shayne is a Registered Physiotherapist, Yoga and Clinical Pilates Teacher, Alpine Ski Instructor, and multi-sport athlete, originating from Blue Mountain, Ontario.

She has an insatiable curiosity for the human body and mind, which inspired her decision to pursue higher education at the University of British Columbia. Shayne has completed her Master of Physical Therapy, Bachelor of Kinesiology, and Minor in Psychology degrees, and continues to seek opportunities to expand her clinical skill set through post-graduate courses. Her additional training includes courses in manual therapy, IMS/dry needling, anatomical acupuncture, hatha yoga, clinical pilates, running-related injury management, temporomandibular joint (jaw) dysfunction, motivational interviewing and trauma-informed practice.

Shayne loves to work with individuals who have a passion for movement and are keen to take an active approach in their injury prevention or rehabilitation.
