Subsequent Visit (30min): $100 (no change)

Shayne is a Physiotherapist, Yoga and Pilates Teacher, Alpine Ski Instructor, and multi-sport athlete, originating from Blue Mountain, Ontario.

She has an insatiable curiosity for the human body and mind, which inspired her decision to pursue these interests at the University of British Columbia. Shayne has since completed her Master of Physical Therapy, Bachelor of Kinesiology, and Minor in Psychology, and continues to seek opportunities to expand her clinical skill set through post-graduate education. Her additional training includes courses in manual therapy, intramuscular dry needling, clinical management of fitness athletes, hatha yoga, clinical pilates, running-related injuries, and temporomandibular joint dysfunction.

Shayne loves to work with people who have a passion for movement and are keen to take an active approach in their injury prevention or rehabilitation.
